Enterprise Services Delivery is a specialized model focused on embedding Unite Us team members with customers during critical stages of partnership development to accelerate time to value, drive measurable outcomes, and support successful adoption of Unite Us technology. This role serves as a trusted implementation advisor to customer stakeholders, partnering with organizations to understand operational goals, program requirements, policy considerations, and service delivery needs. The Senior Manager works closely with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable workflows, implementation plans, and technology solutions that align with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate combines strong implementation expertise with consultative problem-solving skills, enabling them to navigate ambiguity, manage complex customer engagements, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and deliver high-quality outcomes in dynamic environments.
