You set measurable goals for your programs, track outcomes, and aren't satisfied with training for training's sake, you care about performance impact. - Comfortable with ambiguity and change. T1 is growing fast; our processes evolve and you'll need to keep pace and help others do the same. ## Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in manufacturing training, workforce development, or L&D, with at least 3 years in a senior or management-level role. - Proven track record building or scaling training programs in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment (automotive, semiconductor, solar, electronics, or similar industries). - Solar manufacturing experience is strongly preferred, familiarity with module assembly processes, lamination, stringing, or related equipment is a significant plus. - Experience designing adult learning programs using instructional design best practices (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent). - Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Articulate 360, or similar). - Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given our workforce demographics. - Bachelor's degree in Education, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.
