This role owns the strategy and execution of initiatives designed to create more relevant, connected, and effective prospect experiences, from initial interest through conversion to client. The position partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Product, Operations, and Analytics teams to develop and implement growth strategies in Prospect Engagement & Journey Optimization, Growth Enablement, and Conversion Strategy. This leader uses customer insights, experimentation, technology, AI, and cross-functional execution to enhance engagement, accelerate funnel progression, and deliver measurable improvements in conversion, pipeline growth, and client acquisition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prospect Engagement & Journey Optimization - Own and evolve the prospect journey across digital, marketing, Lead Desk, and advisor-assisted touchpoints, ensuring a connected and personalized experience. - Identify friction points, unmet prospect needs, and engagement opportunities; translate insights into prioritized improvements. - Develop scalable engagement strategies, including personalized outreach, nurturing programs, next-best-action approaches, and AI-enabled journey experiences. - Partner with Marketing, Digital, Product, and Sales teams to enhance prospect movement through channels and funnel stages. - Leverage prospect feedback, behavioral insights, and analytics to continuously improve engagement and relevance. - Ensure a cohesive experience and strong start to the client relationship during the transition from prospect to client. Growth & Conversion Optimization - Execute the organic growth roadmap, focusing on measurable improvements in prospect engagement, conversion, and funnel progression. - Create testing and optimization programs for key journey stages (lead-to-meeting, meeting-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-client). - Analyze funnel performance and prospect behavior to identify growth opportunities. - Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to optimize lead generation, nurturing, segmentation, and engagement. - Establish and track measures of prospect engagement and journey success linked to pipeline and business outcomes. Growth Enablement - Equip Lead Desk, sales, and advisor teams with tools, content, insights, and capabilities to deliver effective prospect experiences. - Develop playbooks, engagement frameworks, and best practices to improve consistency, personalization, and conversion. - Translate prospect insights and journey strategies into actionable guidance for front-line teams. - Partner on CRM, workflow, automation, and AI capabilities for timely, personalized, and scalable engagement. - Drive adoption of new growth capabilities through communication, training, and ongoing optimization. Insights, Measurement & Technology - Develop dashboards and reporting to track prospect engagement, journey performance, conversion trends, and growth opportunities. - Define KPIs that measure both prospect experience and business impact. - Use customer insights, funnel analytics, and experimentation to inform growth priorities and investments. - Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and technology for improved personalization and scalability. - Collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to ensure processes and systems enable a strong prospect experience. Strategic Leadership - Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Digital, Product, Technology, Operations, and Analytics. - Translate growth and prospect priorities into executable roadmaps, experiments, and measurable business outcomes. - Influence investments that enhance the prospect journey and conversion while enabling sustainable growth. - Champion a customer-centric approach, balancing prospect needs, business objectives, and scalability. - Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, accountability, and customer-focused improvement. - Lead other initiatives as needed to drive organic growth and elevate the prospect-to-client experience. ## Preferred Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in Growth, Customer or Prospect Experience, Product, Sales Enablement, Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields ## Skills - Demonstrated success in improving customer or prospect journeys, engagement, conversion, and scalable growth initiatives - Experience designing or optimizing cross-channel experiences in marketing, digital, sales, and/or advisor interactions - Effective leadership of cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Digital, Product, Technology, and Operations - Strong analytics, including journey and funnel analysis, KPI development, experimentation, and performance measurement - Experience with CRM platforms, digital solutions, workflow automation, and/or AI-enabled engagement - Proven ability to influence senior leaders, align teams, and turn strategy into execution ## Preferred - Background in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or professional services - Knowledge of digital lead generation, customer journey design, personalization, sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools - Experience with AI-enabled customer engagement, next-best-action, or personalization features Travel Requirement Ability and willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require.
