About the role: The Senior Manager, Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions is a hands-on product owner accountable for end-to-end plan outcomes for assigned IFP markets. Responsibilities: Strategy & Plan Design - Lead end-to-end plan design, including benefits, cost-sharing, and networks while balancing member experience with affordability and operational constraints - Translate market strategy, regulatory requirements, and growth objectives into detail executable designs - Proactively identify design opportunities or risks based on market dynamics and performance insights - Use quantitative and qualitative data to drive design decisions and proactively identify market risks or opportunities.
