At Tines, we're driven by our values of Simplicity, Speed, and Soundness. We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a company culture that nurtures individual curiosity, growth, and integrity. We’re excited about what’s next, and we’re looking for others to join us on our journey. *This is a remote position that must be based in EST in the U.S. with a strong preference for someone based in the greater Boston area. Job Summary As Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement, you’ll lead a team of Revenue Enablement business partners supporting Tines’ sales organization (Account Executive, Solution Engineering, Sales Development, and Partnerships). You’ll play a critical role in developing the capabilities, skills, and behaviors that help our sales teams execute effectively as we continue to scale. This is a player/coach role. You’ll lead, coach, and develop a small team of enablement professionals while personally driving strategic initiatives that support our evolving sales priorities. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, and translate company strategy into practical enablement programs and experiences. We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who knows how to build and develop high-performing teams, influence without authority, and bring structure and focus to a fast-moving environment. You’ll help our sellers evolve alongside our business, including developing the capabilities to move beyond individual product and use-case conversations toward broader platform-level, value-based selling. What you'll do: Lead and develop a high-performing enablement team - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Revenue Enablement business partners, building their capabilities as strategic partners to sales leadership. - Establish clear expectations, priorities, and operating rhythms that enable the team to deliver consistent, high-quality support across the pre-sales organization. - Empower team members to take ownership of their respective areas, make sound decisions, and proactively identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness. - Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to help team members grow their strategic influence, business acumen, and enablement expertise. - Balance team capacity and competing business priorities, ensuring resources are focused on the opportunities with the greatest potential impact. Drive strategic revenue enablement - Translate company and GTM priorities into an enablement strategy and roadmap that supports the evolving needs of our sales organization. - Partner with sales leaders to understand business challenges, identify capability gaps, and determine the most effective enablement interventions. - Lead strategic enablement initiatives that improve seller effectiveness, strengthen sales execution, and support our broader GTM strategy. - Help sellers evolve from product- and use-case-led conversations to broader platform selling, connecting Tines’ capabilities to customer challenges and business outcomes. - Build scalable approaches to developing seller knowledge, skills, and capabilities through a combination of learning, practice, coaching, and reinforcement. - Remain close to the work, personally leading key initiatives and stepping in where your expertise can make the greatest difference. Build and scale enablement business partnerships - Continuously improve the processes and practices that enable the team to scale effectively. - Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of enablement. - Partner with Revenue Operations and other stakeholders to understand performance trends and identify opportunities to improve sales execution. - Share insights and recommendations with enablement and sales leadership to continuously evolve our approach. Collaborate across the business - Build trusted relationships with Sales Leadership and frontline managers, serving as a strategic partner in developing their teams. - Partner with our CX enablement business partner, programmatic enablement team members, and cross-functional partners to align enablement with business priorities and translate full GTM enablement into effective seller enablement. - Work closely with frontline managers to equip them to reinforce learning, coach their teams, and sustain improvements in seller capabilities. What you bring to the table: - Extensive experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a related GTM function within a B2B SaaS or technology organization. - Experience managing and developing enablement professionals, ideally business partners or individuals supporting distinct sales functions or segments. - A track record of building, scaling, or meaningfully evolving an enablement team, function, or operating model. - Experience translating business strategy into enablement strategies, programs, and practical interventions that improve sales effectiveness. - Experience supporting a complex or evolving sales motion, ideally helping sellers move from product- or use-case-led selling toward broader platform, solution, or value-based selling. - Strong understanding of how sellers develop capabilities and how frontline managers can reinforce those capabilities through coaching and practice. - Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, build trusted partnerships, and navigate competing priorities. - Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to balance longer-term planning with hands-on delivery. - Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving organization where priorities can shift and not every challenge has an established playbook. - Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with an interest in experimenting with new tools and applying them to improve the way GTM teams work. Bonus points: - Think strategically, execute practically: You can connect the bigger picture to the work that needs to happen today. - Lead through others: You invest in developing your team, creating clarity, and empowering people to take ownership. - Build with the business: You partner closely with stakeholders, understand their challenges, and focus on solving meaningful problems. - Embrace change: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting as the business evolves, and finding ways forward. - Experiment and improve: You bring curiosity, challenge existing approaches, and look for better ways to work. - Relate to your core audience: You have been in sales, sales development, solutions engineering, or partnerships and have worked within the AI or IT markets. Target Annual Compensation: $185k - $210k salary + 10% bonus + equity Applicants for this opportunity must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. #LI-SW1 #LI-LC1 #LI-Remote At Tines, we’re all about trying new things and taking the leap.
