You are accountable for full-funnel performance and pipeline and revenue outcomes overall, ensuring programs ladder effectively into demand. You will be responsible for evolving and optimizing the revenue generation engine, bringing a data-driven approach to audience targeting, campaign strategy, lead management, measurement, and conversion. Leading a team of marketing professionals, you will work cross-functionally to connect marketing programs to commercial priorities, continuously improve performance, and build scalable practices that strengthen marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue ## Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute integrated revenue and demand generation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, qualified pipeline, and revenue growth. - Own paid media strategy and investment such as search, paid social, display, and retargeting, as the primary top-of-funnel acquisition lever within the revenue generation budget. - Assess and evolve existing revenue generation programs, processes, and capabilities to build a more scalable, measurable, and effective demand engine. - Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across channels, audiences, markets, and stages of the buyer journey. - Translate business and growth priorities into targeted marketing programs designed to create and accelerate pipeline. - Establish audience segmentation, targeting, nurture, and engagement strategies that improve conversion throughout the marketing and sales funnel. - Stand up a new account-based marketing (ABM) program for PDI from the ground up, defining account selection and tiering, personalized multi-channel plays, and sales alignment, as a core pillar of the revenue generation strategy. - Partner cross-functionally to align revenue generation priorities, campaign strategies, lead management practices, and pipeline goals. - Collaborate with Business Intelligence team members on measurement and reporting for revenue generation programs, using performance data and insights to evaluate effectiveness, optimize investment, and improve results. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators across the funnel, including engagement, lead generation, conversion, pipeline contribution, and marketing-influenced revenue. - Identify opportunities to improve lead management, scoring, routing, nurturing, and conversion in partnership with key stakeholders. - Drive experimentation and continuous optimization across campaigns, channels, messaging, audiences, and programs to improve marketing effectiveness. - Build and champion AI-forward processes within the revenue generation function, piloting and scaling AI-driven workflows across targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and reporting to increase team productivity and performance. - Evaluate the effectiveness of the revenue generation technology stack and identify opportunities to improve capabilities, integration, and scalability. - Manage revenue generation budgets and investments, making data-informed recommendations to maximize return and support business priorities. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and performance expectations. - Build repeatable processes, playbooks, and best practices that strengthen revenue generation capabilities and enable the team to scale. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with significant experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, growth marketing, or related disciplines. - 2+ years of experience leading and developing marketing professionals. - Demonstrated experience transforming or significantly evolving a revenue or demand generation function, including improving processes, programs, measurement, and business impact. - Proven success developing and executing integrated demand generation strategies that generate qualified pipeline and contribute to revenue growth. - Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, funnel management, lead lifecycle, segmentation, nurturing, and conversion strategies. - Experience standing up a new account-based marketing (ABM) program from scratch or refining a mature program from strategy, account selection, execution, and measurement. - Experience developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, events, content, paid media, and other relevant channels. - Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience connecting marketing performance to pipeline, revenue, and return on investment. - Experience defining and reporting on demand generation KPIs, funnel performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing effectiveness. - Experience with marketing automation, CRM, work management, analytics platforms (such as Marketo, Salesforce, Wrike, or similar technologies), and related marketing technologies. - Demonstrated experience building and scaling AI-driven marketing processes and workflows — not solely using AI features within existing platforms — to improve targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and team productivity. - Demonstrated ability to lead through change, challenge existing approaches, and build scalable processes and capabilities. - Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience within a B2B SaaS, technology, or complex enterprise selling environment preferred.
