As a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering, you will be tasked with managing a team of Solution Engineers aligned to the Strategic vertical in the West US Region (California). What Will You Do? Primary responsibilities include: - Manage a team of solutions engineers for the West US region (California). - Motivate and lead a high-performing technical team while partnering with customers, business development, and leadership. - Solve complex problems in ambiguous situations while building solutions addressing diverse concerns. - Implement and manage an effective SE strategy. - Build strong, productive relationships with your prospects, customers, team, and more. - Recruit and onboard new customers while focusing on growing new business opportunities. - Provide roadmap and strategic discussions with customers and prospects.
