In this role, you will support production test stations, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and partner closely with CM/EMS providers and cross-functional engineering teams to enable successful product launches and high-volume manufacturing. This is an execution-focused position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning complex test requirements into reliable production processes. ## Key Responsibilities - Own and support calibration and end-of-line (EOL) test processes for our LiDAR systems and subassemblies. - Set up, validate, maintain, and improve production test stations, fixtures, and supporting processes. - Execute test and calibration procedures during NPI, pilot builds, and volume production. - Troubleshoot test failures and manufacturing issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. - Partner with CM/EMS providers and cross-functional teams including Systems, Hard-ware, Quality, Reliability, and Operations to support production readiness and ongoing manufacturing. - Drive yield improvement, test robustness, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing test operations. - Maintain test documentation, work instructions, and engineering change control records. - Participate in DFT and DFM reviews to improve manufacturability, test coverage, and product readiness.
