Deine Aufgaben:

- Entwicklung medizinischer Inhalte: Konzeption und Erstellung hochwertiger wissenschaftlicher sowie medizinischer Content-Lösungen für unsere Kunden aus dem Healthcare- und Pharmabereich
- Medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Expertise: Fachliche Beratung von Kundenprojekten und Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards bei allen medizinischen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Erstellung wissenschaftlicher Medien: Ausarbeitung von Manuskripten, Präsentationen, digitalen Assets, Schulungs- und Fortbildungsmaterialien sowie IVAs (Interactive Visual Aids)
- Recherche & Storytelling: Durchführung wissenschaftlicher Recherchen und Datenanalysen sowie Entwicklung überzeugender medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Narrative
- Team-Supervision & Mentoring: Fachliche Anleitung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung von Junior Medical Writern im Team

Was du mitbringst:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Naturwissenschaften, Medizin, Pharmazie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet; Promotion von Vorteil

- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Medical Writing in einer Healthcare-Agentur (Rx) oder einem pharmazeutischen Unternehmen

- Ausgeprägte medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Schreibkompetenz und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten klar, präzise und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
- Erfahrung in der Literaturrecherche, kritischen Bewertung wissenschaftlicher Daten und Entwicklung relevanter Key Messages
- Fähigkeit, wissenschaftliche Narrative und Kommunikationskonzepte eigenständig zu entwickeln und Projekte inhaltlich zu begleiten
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
