Software Quality Assurance Analyst integra o time de Professional Services, atuando diretamente na garantia de qualidade e homologação de fluxos conversacionais potencializados por LLMs para nossos clientes enterprise. O time colabora com engenheiros e designers para orquestrar cenários de testes complexos, validando a precisão das respostas geradas por IA e a estabilidade das integrações, com o objetivo de assegurar que cada contato inteligente funcione com excelência técnica e gere resultados concretos para as empresas parceiras.

Responsabilidades

- Analisar comportamentos de LLMs para desenhar cenários de testes que garantam a precisão, coerência e segurança das respostas da IA.
- Executar testes funcionais e automatizados em fluxos conversacionais e APIs, assegurando a estabilidade das entregas para clientes.
- Estruturar rotinas de validação de modelos generativos, mitigando alucinações e garantindo a aderência aos contextos de negócio.
- Mapear anomalias de integração e relatar problemas detalhados, colaborando com engenheiros para agilizar correções e melhorias.
- Avaliar a usabilidade e o tempo de resposta das jornadas com IA para sustentar uma experiência contínua e sem atritos ao usuário.

Qualificações

- Experiência prática operando na criação e execução de testes funcionais, exploratórios e de regressão em fluxos complexos de software.
- Vivência prática com automação de testes utilizando frameworks de mercado como Cypress ou Robot Framework para esteiras contínuas.
- Capacidade de traduzir o comportamento esperado de IA e LLMs em roteiros de teste rigorosos para garantir interações seguras e precisas.
- Experiência operando testes em APIs RESTful com ferramentas como Postman, validando integrações e tráfego de dados.
- Fluência no uso de IA generativa e ferramentas modernas, como GitHub Copilot, para otimizar a criação de scripts e acelerar diagnósticos.
- Capacidade prática de interagir com ambientes em nuvem e consultar dados em bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais.
- Experiência operando em cenários ágeis, mantendo a interlocução estratégica e o alinhamento técnico com múltiplos stakeholders.
