## About the Team & Mission

Pleos Playground는 Software Defined Vehicle(SDV) 환경에서 다양한 서드파티 애플리케이션과 서비스를 연결하는 플랫폼입니다. Operation Team은 앱이 안전하고 안정적으로 출시되고 운영될 수 있도록 앱의 전체 라이프사이클을 관리하며, 파트너와 내부 개발 조직을 연결하는 핵심 역할을 수행합니다. Operation Manager는 앱의 온보딩부터 심사, 출시, 운영, 업데이트, 종료까지 전 과정을 운영하고, Product, Engineering, Technical Account Manager(TAM), Technical Quality Manager(TQM)와 협업하여 안정적인 서비스 운영 체계를 구축합니다. 또한 운영 정책과 프로세스를 지속적으로 개선하고 자동화를 통해 확장 가능한 플랫폼 운영 환경을 만들어갑니다.

- 서드파티 앱의 온보딩부터 출시, 운영, 업데이트 및 종료까지 전체 라이프사이클을 운영합니다.
- 출시 일정, 운영 준비 상태, 리스크 및 주요 마일스톤을 관리하여 안정적인 서비스 출시를 지원합니다.
- Product, Engineering, TAM, TQM 등 다양한 조직과 협업하여 기술 연동, 품질 검증 및 운영 준비를 조율합니다.
- 운영 정책, SOP, Workflow 및 승인 프로세스를 수립하고 지속적으로 개선합니다.
- 운영 도구 및 관리자 기능 요구사항을 정의하고 자동화를 통해 운영 효율성을 향상시킵니다.
- 장애 대응, Release Management 및 운영 지표를 관리하고 서비스 안정성을 지속적으로 개선합니다.
- 운영 데이터와 사용자 및 파트너 피드백을 분석하여 운영 프로세스와 제품 개선 과제를 발굴합니다.

## Qualifications

- 플랫폼, 모바일 앱, SaaS 또는 디지털 서비스 운영 분야에서 7년 이상의 경력
- 서비스 온보딩부터 출시 이후 운영까지 End-to-End 운영 경험
- 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하며 일정, 리스크 및 운영 이슈를 관리한 경험
- 운영 정책, SOP, Runbook 등 운영 프로세스를 설계하거나 개선한 경험
- 데이터와 운영 지표를 기반으로 문제를 분석하고 개선 과제를 도출한 경험
- 반복 업무를 표준화하거나 자동화하여 운영 효율성을 개선한 경험

## Preferred Qualifications

- App Store, Developer Platform, Content Platform 또는 B2B2C 서비스 운영 경험
