## Job description

We’re building HeyPolo – a privacy-first smart location-sharing app that helps families and friends stay connected, safe, and in control. HeyPolo is designed for meaningful connections without intrusive tracking: real-time updates, consent-based sharing, and intuitive safety features that put users in charge of their data and give them peace of mind. If you want to:

- Own the creative strategy for paid channels, aligning messaging and formats with business and performance goals;
- Turn performance data into clear creative insights, concepts, and testable hypotheses;
- Lead creative ideation for new campaigns, angles, and formats like static, video, UGC, and native-style ads;
- Define and prioritize a structured creative testing roadmap across different platforms and funnel stages;
- Brief, review, and guide designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure high-quality, on-strategy output;
- Analyze creative performance to identify scalable patterns in hooks, narratives, visuals, and calls-to-action;
- Continuously iterate on winning creatives to extend their lifecycle and improve efficiency;
- Research competitors, market trends, and platform updates to proactively evolve our creative strategy;

- A strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS;
