## ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION

Performance Engineering 팀은 Software Defined Vehicle(SDV) 플랫폼의 백엔드 시스템이 안정적이고 확장성 있게 운영될 수 있도록 성능을 설계하고 검증하는 역할을 수행합니다. 단순한 성능 테스트를 넘어 서비스 설계 단계부터 성능 목표를 정의하고, 아키텍처 개선과 자동화된 검증 체계를 구축하여 최고의 사용자 경험을 제공합니다.

Gleo AI, App Market 등 42dot의 주요 플랫폼 개발 조직과 긴밀히 협업하며, AI 기반 자동화 기술과 데이터 기반 분석을 활용해 성능 검증 체계를 지속적으로 고도화하고 있습니다.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

- 서비스 설계 단계부터 성능 목표(SLA/SLO)를 정의하고 성능 관점의 아키텍처를 제안합니다.
- CI/CD 기반의 성능 테스트 자동화 및 지속적인 성능 검증 체계를 구축합니다.
- 대규모 트래픽과 차량 데이터 처리 환경을 고려한 성능 테스트 시나리오를 설계하고 운영합니다.
- 애플리케이션, 데이터베이스, 인프라, 네트워크 등 시스템 전반의 성능 병목을 분석하고 개선합니다.
- AI 기반 도구를 활용하여 성능 테스트 자동화 및 분석 프로세스를 고도화합니다.

## QUALIFICATIONS

- 7년 이상의 Backend 개발 또는 Performance Engineering 경험

- k6, Locust, JMeter 등 성능 테스트 도구 활용 경험
- Linux, JVM, Database 등 시스템 성능 분석 및 튜닝 경험
