In deze functie ondersteun je zowel nationale als internationale bouwprojecten en combineer je technische expertise met een hands-on aanpak op het gebied van materieelmobilisatie, machineparkprestaties en operationele ondersteuning. Je werkt nauw samen met werfteams en de afdeling Methods en draagt bij aan de coördinatie van materieelactiviteiten binnen internationale projecten. De functie biedt de mogelijkheid om geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen, junior engineers te begeleiden en bij te dragen aan technische en strategische beslissingen binnen de Plant & Equipment-functie. Jouw bijdrage Materieelmobilisatie & projectondersteuning - Je leidt de organisatie van de mobilisatie en demobilisatie van materieel voor nationale en internationale bouwprojecten. - Je biedt technische expertise en ondersteuning aan operationele teams op de werf. - Je werkt nauw samen met de afdeling Methods om een doeltreffende ondersteuning met materieel voor de uitvoering van projecten te garanderen. Beheer van het machinepark & technische opvolging - Je staat in voor de technische en administratieve opvolging van het machinepark. - Je ondersteunt de optimale prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van bouw- en funderingsmaterieel. - Je voert regelmatig werfbezoeken uit om materieel te inspecteren en lokale teams technisch te ondersteunen.
