Adapts to real-time workflows and keeps the organizer's brand front and center. - **Headless Ticketing API & SDKs**: API-first architecture that lets developers integrate ticketing into any tool or build custom apps "with just a few lines of code" — the most flexible tier for tech-savvy organizers. - **Analytics & Data Insights**: Real-time visitor behavior tracking and yield optimization, with reports of up to 23% online revenue increases. - **Ecosystem Integrations**: Open integrations with CRMs, marketing clouds, analytics tools, and shop systems, enabling organizers to extend their stack without being locked into a closed vendor. - **Dedicated Expert Support**: Designated support teams, digital consultants, and active customer communities bundled with platform adoption. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not disclosed (private company) - **Key Metric**: $65.9M total funding (3 prior rounds; most recent round: $49.2M Series B led by Activant Capital and Hedosophia, announced November 2021). LinkedIn's third-party estimate lists annual revenue at ~$2.4M, though this is likely understated for a company of this scale. - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Balderton Capital (Series A lead), Activant Capital (Series B lead), Hedosophia (Series B), redalpine (Seed lead) - **Growth Signals**: - 1,000+ organizations powered across 50+ countries - 170+ employees (per company site); LinkedIn data estimates 158 employees, +25.5% YoY headcount growth - 800+ platform upgrades shipped in a single year during earlier scaling phase - Expanded from a small Frankfurt office to six global offices across Europe and the US (including New York, Paris, Tampa) - Named among the fastest-growing scale-ups across all categories by Sifted - Marquee clients include FC Schalke 04, the Grammy Awards, and Stanford University ## Competitive Advantages - **API-first, white-label architecture**: Unlike legacy ticketing incumbents, vivenu lets organizers fully own their brand and user experience instead of forcing them into a white-labeled "storefront" that still belongs to the vendor. - **Data ownership and open ecosystem**: Organizers keep their data and can plug in their preferred CRM, marketing cloud, and analytics stack — positioning vivenu as the "backbone" rather than the bottleneck of the stack. - **Vertical breadth**: One platform serves sports, performing arts, festivals, conferences, and universities, creating diverse revenue streams across event categories. - **Scale and reliability engineering**: Platform built for security, scale, and resilience across global markets, an essential requirement for enterprise live-event clients. - **Strong corporate client base**: References like Schalke 04, the Grammys, and Stanford provide enterprise credibility and social proof. ## Strategic Focus - **Continuous product investment**: The company commits its funding to technology development and platform evolution, shipping regular upgrades and expanding API/SDK capabilities. - **Geographic expansion**: Strategic build-out of US operations (New York and Tampa offices) alongside European growth, with plans to deepen footprint across new markets and verticals. - **Data-driven future**: Emphasis on clean, real-time data and analytics to help organizers optimize yield, understand audiences, and prepare for an AI-driven era of live entertainment. ## Why Work Here - **Mission-driven impact**: Employees directly shape ticketing and fan experiences for global brands; the company highlights that work impacts "hundreds of clients and thousands of fans daily" and that millions of attendees will have lasting memories because of what the team builds. - **Strong culture scores (from employee reviews, 23 reviews)**: 4.1/5 overall; career growth rated 4.2/5, culture 3.8/5, compensation 3.6/5, and work-life balance 3.4/5 — indicating a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where career development is a standout. - **Leadership pedigree**: Team guided by leaders from Google, Slack, and Salesforce; founders recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 and named Executive of the Year. - **Scale-up energy with financial stability**: Described as "scaling sustainably on a profitable, VC-backed foundation with true product-market fit," combining startup agility with long-term vision. - **Flexible work model**: Remote Germany options available; six global offices across Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, New York, Paris, Tampa, and more foster a diverse, merit-driven, cross-border culture. - **Learning culture**: "Daily learning and collective growth" is cited as a core ethos, reinforced by constant product iteration and a Sifted ranking among the fastest-growing scale-ups. - **Active hiring**: Open roles span Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product & Development, including senior security engineering and enterprise account executive positions — a signal of continued investment across functions. ## Sources 1.
