募集職種

本ポジションは、日本の法律に則り弊社ビジネスが円滑に進み拡大していくための法律における支援をしていただきます。

主な業務内容

- 日本における事業運営（HR、eCommerce、オペレーション、マーケティングなど）に関わる、さまざまな法務・コンプライアンス業務を遂行する。
- 内部調査、紛争、訴訟への対応様々なステークホルダーと契約について助言や、起案、交渉を行う 新規事業及び新商品のローンチサポート
- 社内の関連部門と密接かつ協力的に連携し、プロジェクトや全社的な取り組みを推進する。

- 入社後の実績や専門性に応じて、法務部内における専門チームの立ち上げおよびマネジメントを担う機会がある。

応募資格

基本資格

- 日本での弁護士資格を有し、登録済みであること
- 資格取得後8年以上の法務経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力
- 迅速かつグローバルな環境下でも、成長とリスクのバランスを適切に取りながら、創造的・戦略的・ビジネス志向の成果を継続的に出せる卓越した能力
- 積極的に学び、新しい領域や課題に挑戦する意欲
- 急速かつ多様な事業環境の変化に柔軟に適応できる能力
