【工作內容】

您將負責推動物流與營運流程改善專案，透過數據分析及跨部門合作，建立更有效率且具規模化能力的營運模式。

- 分析物流營運流程，找出效率提升及成本優化機會
- 深入研究營運痛點、物流缺陷及客戶相關問題，提出改善方案
- 規劃與執行流程優化專案，提升營運效率及服務品質
- 建立及追蹤 KPI 指標，透過數據監控營運績效
- 運用數據分析協助制定改善策略及決策建議
- 建置與優化 Dashboard 及相關報表工具
- 與台灣及韓國團隊密切合作，推動跨部門專案
- 導入並應用 Operational Excellence、Lean 或 Six Sigma 等改善方法論
- 定期前往物流據點及營運現場，了解實際作業流程並推動改善
- 支援新流程設計、測試、導入及成效追蹤

【需求條件】

- 大學以上學歷
- 3 年以上以下任一領域相關工作經驗：
- Process Improvement（流程改善）
- Process Engineering（流程工程）
- Operational Excellence（營運卓越）
- Logistics Operations（物流營運）
- Supply Chain（供應鏈管理）
- Manufacturing Operations（製造營運）
- Continuous Improvement（持續改善）
- 具備優秀的數據分析及問題解決能力
- 熟悉 Excel 及 Google Sheets
- 能夠分析大量資料並轉化為具體行動方案
- 具備良好的中英文溝通能力
- 可配合國內出差及營運據點訪查
