## Key Responsibilities

- • Lead UX design across the full product development cycle, from concept to visual and interaction design
- Use concepts and prototypes to communicate design ideas and advocate for the best user experience
- Turn user insights into human-centered solutions through regular evaluation of product usability with customers and stakeholders
- Take full ownership of design from initial prototype to final implementation, proactively identifying and resolving challenges
- Engage directly with customers for validation and insights, skillfully translating those insights into user-friendly designs
- Stay ahead of industry trends, actively grow your skills, and share knowledge across teams and R&D units

## Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in design or proven equivalent experience in the field
- 2–5+ years of proven experience as a product designer
- Expert proficiency in Figma and demonstrated experience working with design systems
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Experience evaluating and validating product usability with customers to enhance products and processes
- Meet your colleagues several times per week in a modern office in Rotterdam

## Preferred

- • Knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, and AI Agents
- Experience designing components for a design system
- Background in designing software development tools or sophisticated products
- Experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Figma Design Agent, or equivalent
