We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the Listing & Finding experience. You will define what discovering a home feels like: fast, relevant, trustworthy, and human. As the design owner for one of the most important journeys in our marketplace, you will: - Shape the long-term vision for the search and discovery experience. - Lead projects from early discovery through launch and iteration. - Use qualitative research, behavioural data, and experimentation to make decisions, not opinions. - Define success, measure impact, and continuously improve your solutions. - Raise the quality bar across the design team through thoughtful critique and craft. - Contribute to our design principles, design system, and the way we build the product. ## Your team Collaborate deeply.
