## About the Team & Mission

42dot Product Management 조직은, SDV(Software-defined Vehicle) 에서 자율주행 프로젝트를 리딩할 역량 있는 Product Manager를 찾고 있습니다. 이 역할은 단순 일정 관리가 아닌 Vehicle Software 기반의 차량 개발을 end-to-end로 리딩하는 포지션입니다. 본 포지션은 Vehicle Engineering 이해를 기반으로 하되, Lv 2~ Lv 4 자율주행 시스템의 요구 사항, 개발, 검증, 릴리즈, 차량 적용까지 전 과정을 통합 관리하며, 소프트웨어 아키텍처 관점에서 프로젝트를 구조화하고 리딩할 수 있는 역량이 요구됩니다. 그리고 DCAS(Driver Control Assistance System)의 글로벌 형식 승인(Type Approval) 인증을 담당하여, 인증 전략 수립부터 기술 문서 작성, 내·외부 이해관계자 조율, 인증 기관 심사 대응까지 인증 프로세스 전반을 end-to-end로 주도합니다. 복잡한 자율주행 기술 스택과 다수의 이해관계자 사이에서 명확한 방향성을 제시하고, 글로벌 기준에 부합하는 고품질 인증 산출물을 성공적으로 이끌어낼 분을 모십니다.

## Responsibilities

- AD Product Manager
- AD 시스템 개발의 기획, 개발, 검증, 양산까지 end-to-end 프로젝트 리딩
- 자체 개발 AD stack과 외부 플랫폼 간 개발/통합 범위를 정의하고, milestone, MVP, roadmap 및 실행 계획 수립
- ODD, AD 기능, 시스템 요구사항, interface, safety requirement 등 주요 요구사항 관리 및 유관 조직 alignment
- Perception, Planning, Control, Localization, Vehicle Interface, 검증, 품질, 양산 등 다양한 조직 간 cross-functional coordination 수행
- SIL/HIL/VIL, simulation, proving ground, public road test 등 단계별 검증 계획 수립 및 gate review 운영
- JIRA, Confluence 등 Agile 기반 프로젝트 운영을 통해 backlog, dependency, issue, risk, release 관리
- 경영진 및 주요 이해관계자 대상 개발 현황, 일정, 품질, 리스크, 주요 의사결정 사항 커뮤니케이션
- DCAS Certification Manager
- 글로벌 자율주행 및 ADAS 법규의 트렌드 분석 및 제품 로드맵·출시 전략 반영
- 인증 법규 요구사항 기반의 제품 기능적/비기능적 요구사항 정의 및 제품 스펙 구체화
- 자율주행 제품의 컨셉, 설계, 검증, 최종 형식 승인 및 양산 출시 전 과정의 마일스톤 관리

## Qualifications

- Automotive, Mobility, Robotics, AI 또는 Software 산업에서 10년 이상 프로젝트/프로그램 관리 경험
- 대규모 cross-functional 또는 복잡도 높은 기술 개발 프로젝트를 5년 이상 리드한 경험
- 자율주행, SDV, 차량 소프트웨어 또는 AI/ML 기반 시스템 개발 프로젝트 경험
- 자체 개발 SW와 외부 솔루션/플랫폼을 함께 활용하는 환경에서 integration, dependency, risk, milestone 관리 경험
- AD 제품의 기획부터 양산까지 전체 라이프사이클 관리 경험
- 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스, 요구사항 관리, interface 관리, release 관리에 대한 이해
- 글로벌 팀, 외부 기술 파트너 또는 vendor와의 협업 및 영어 기반 커뮤니케이션 능력

## Preferred Qualifications

- ADAS/AD 양산 및 vehicle integration, OTA, data pipeline 관련 프로젝트 경험
- Perception, Planning, Control, Localization, Mapping, Sensor Fusion, Vehicle Interface 등 AD stack에 대한 이해
- SIL/HIL/VIL, simulation, scenario-based validation, proving ground, public road test 등 AD 검증 환경에 대한 이해
- 시스템 및 소프트웨어 엔지니어링, 차량 안전 및 인증 관련 3년 이상 실무 경력
- 기능안전/자율주행 표준(ISO 26262, ISO 21448, UN R171 등) 중 1개 이상의 실무 적용 경험
- AD 아키텍처 및 제어기 개발 프로세스 이해를 바탕으로 한 엔지니어링 조직과의 기술 논의 경험
