You will define the strategy and roadmap for our EV driver apps (web and mobile), ensuring that they deliver a simple, reliable and consistent experience, whether the user is charging their vehicle at home or within our network of public chargers. Your work will directly impact the daily lives of thousands of EV drivers, leading to improvements in public perception, customer satisfaction, business scalability and the success of our ChargeLab Rewards rebate program. Your work will make the ChargeLab network of chargers available more broadly in other apps, and bring other apps’ drivers into our network, as well. You’ll partner closely with other product managers to bring business and reliability priorities to life in the driver experience. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders across Marketing, Support, and Operations to build and refine solutions.
