In this role, you will work across the entire GoDaddy organization to address account risks. You will evolve our risk management capabilities to power solutions that balance risk and business performance. - Leading product strategy for account risk management by crafting adaptable capabilities that can be applied across all risk areas. - Defining requirements and the roadmap for platform and internal tools supports low reaction time, coverage, and precision. This helps meet the needs of an ever-changing risk landscape. - Working closely with business, engineering, operational, and design collaborators across GoDaddy brands and units to measure risk gaps. We find opportunities to improve performance and build scalable solutions. - Supporting measures to bolster our account risk management framework while encouraging business progress and elevated customer experience. - Leading discussions with senior leaders on business performance and opportunities within the risk management space. Your experience should include... - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/other technical/engineering field or equivalent applicable experience. - 5+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent capability for an eCommerce web services product. - Experience applying strong business insight and technical vision for a product area and using both technical and operational capabilities to build solutions. - Demonstrated success managing medium to large complex projects in an eCommerce setting. - Proficiency with web services, generative and agentic AI, and API development, with a curiosity to always learn more in this ever-changing technical landscape. You might also have... - Master's degree in a technology or business-related field, or equivalent experience. - Direct experience in risk management or payments within a large-scale eCommerce setting. - Experience bringing to bear rules engine and machine learning techniques for anomaly detection.
