Familiarity with surgical supply replenishment models (Kanban, par-level, case cart, and hybrid approaches) and the workflows that drive them in perioperative settings - Working knowledge of clinical documentation requirements related to implantable devices, including UDI compliance, procedure documentation, and regulatory reporting obligations What Will Set You Apart - Direct experience working in or with hospital or clinical environments, with firsthand understanding of how supply chain operations support patient care and applicable regulations (e.g. Joint Commission, FDA, or similar) - 8+ years of combined ERP/supply chain operations and software experience - 5+ years of experience in hospital or health system supply chain operations, with direct exposure to surgical services, perioperative environments, or OR supply management -
