Senior Product Manager (Knowledge Agent)는 다양한 글로벌 데이터를 수집/정제/서빙하는 데이터 플랫폼부터 검색/랭킹/추천 서비스와 품질 관리 체계까지 핵심 제품 영역을 end-to-end로 기획하고 실행합니다.

사용자와 비즈니스의 요구사항을 바탕으로 해결해야 할 문제와 제품 우선순위를 정의하고, Data Scientist 및 Backend/AI Engineer와 협업하여 이를 실제 서비스로 구현합니다. 데이터의 최신성/정확성, 검색 및 추천 품질, 서비스 안정성, 사용자 경험을 하나의 제품 관점에서 관리하며 차량 내 AI와 대화형 agent 경험의 기반을 만들어갈 분을 찾습니다.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

- 비즈니스 요구사항 및 제품 전략 수립
- 사용자와 비즈니스 요구사항을 바탕으로 해결해야 할 문제와 제품 기회를 정의합니다.
- 데이터, 검색, 랭킹, 추천 및 대화형 AI를 활용하는 제품의 중장기 방향과 로드맵을 수립합니다.
- 제품 목표, 개발 복잡도, 데이터 준비도와 운영 리스크를 고려하여 단계별 실행 계획을 수립합니다.
- 제품의 전체 생애주기(기획 → 개발 → 검증 → 배포 → 운영)를 관리하며 마일스톤과 리소스 계획을 수립합니다.
- 제품 요구사항 및 실행 관리
- 데이터와 검색/추천 기능을 활용하는 제품 및 서비스의 요구사항을 정의합니다.
- 제품 요구사항을 개발 및 데이터 담당자가 실행할 수 있는 구체적인 과제로 구조화합니다.
- 기획부터 개발, 검증, 출시까지의 진행 과정과 업무 간 의존성을 관리합니다.
- 데이터의 최신성/정확성, 검색/추천 결과의 적합성, 서비스 안정성 등 제품 관점의 품질 기준을 관련 담당자와 합의합니다.

- 데이터 저작권, 라이선스, 개인정보보호 등 데이터 거버넌스 이슈를 사전에 파악하고 관련 담당자와 협의합니다.
- Cross-functional 협업 및 프로젝트 관리

## QUALIFICATIONS

- IT/테크 분야에서 7년 이상의 Product Management, 서비스 기획 또는 Technical Program Management 경험이 있으신 분
- 데이터 플랫폼, 검색, 추천, AI/ML 기반 제품 중 하나 이상을 실제 서비스로 기획/출시/운영한 경험이 있으신 분
- 모호한 사용자 및 비즈니스 문제를 명확한 제품 요구사항, 우선순위와 실행 계획으로 구체화할 수 있으신 분
- Backend/Data/AI 시스템의 기본 구조를 이해하고 Engineer 및 Data Scientist와 기술적인 trade-off를 논의할 수 있으신 분
- 제품의 초기 기획부터 개발, 검증, 출시 및 운영까지 전체 생애주기를 주도한 경험이 있으신 분
- 여러 직군과 조직이 참여하는 복잡한 프로젝트의 로드맵, 의존성 및 리스크를 주도적으로 관리한 경험이 있으신 분
- 기술 담당자와 비기술 담당자 사이에서 복잡한 내용을 명확하게 구조화하고 합의를 이끌어낼 수 있으신 분
