We provide access to financial solutions that seamlessly work together to solve the needs of our members and enable all Americans to build better financial futures. Based in NYC, our results-driven environment drives us to build better products, grow faster and empower everyone on our team to have an impact on our business and mission to improve financial outcomes. ## ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Liquidity team, which builds the products that help members get through the gap between paychecks. This is a hands-on role: you will own discovery and execution for your area end to end, write your own specs, and work closely with leaders who are involved in key decisions. Liquidity products: early access to earned pay and fee-free overdraft, from eligibility and limits to settlement and the member experience around them. These products carry real complexity under the hood (eligibility rules, risk models, bank partners, compliance) and the member experience has to stay simple and clear. Build the roadmap for your area, bring your own point of view on what should be in it, and drive it from discovery through launch. ## RESPONSIBILITIES - Drive discovery projects end to end: frame the problem, research, size the opportunity, and recommend a path - Write clear specs and own timelines through launch - Partner with backend and frontend engineering, design, and data - Work across risk, data, engineering, design, product marketing, and compliance to ship - Keep complex products simple for members - Measure results and feed learnings back into the roadmap - Use AI tools day to day to move faster: drafting specs, analyzing data, prototyping, and summarizing research ## ABOUT YOU - 6+ years of product management experience, most of it on consumer (B2C) products, including setting the roadmap for a product area and a track record of driving projects from discovery through launch on your own - Strong execution: you write clear specs, own timelines, and follow through to launch - Experience partnering with both backend and frontend engineering - Strong consumer product sense from shipping B2C experiences at scale, and a talent for making complex products simple - Comfortable in a hands-on environment, working closely with leaders who are involved in key decisions - Strong cross-functional collaborator, at ease with many stakeholders across risk, data, engineering, design, product marketing, and compliance - High ownership and a growth mindset: motivated by quality work, adaptable, and eager to learn - Fluent with AI tools in your own workflow, and curious about where they can speed up the team ## BONUS - Experience in fintech or another regulated industry (not required; some of the best consumer PMs come from outside fintech) - Experience owning strategy for an area, or building a product from 0 to 1 ## COMPENSATION This role has a base salary range of $165,000 - $205,000. Compensation is determined based on experience, skill level, and qualifications, which are assessed during the interview process. Current offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. ## BENEFITS - Competitive salary - Meaningful equity in the form of stock options - 401(k) plan - Discretionary performance bonus program - Biannual performance reviews - Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100% for you and your dependents - Flexible time off and paid holidays - Generous parental leave policy - Commuter benefits - Fitness benefits - Healthcare and Dependent care FSA benefit - Employee Assistance Programs focused on mental health - Healthcare advocacy program for all employees - Access to mental health apps - Team building activities - Our modern NYC office with open floor plan, stocked kitchen, and catered lunches ## About Current ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Current is a consumer fintech platform that provides mobile-first banking services—including spending accounts, early paycheck access, credit building, and savings—to help everyday Americans improve their financial outcomes. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series E;
