We're a small but mighty group building the foundation for a world-class product function inside one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in LATAM and the U.S. Our mission is simple yet powerful: build financial tools to empower Latino immigrants in the U.S. We started with remittances. Multiproduct is where Félix becomes something bigger, a place where we also offer consumer lending, wallet and payments to access multiple financial services rather than just move it. As Senior PM Multiproduct Experience Enablement you will own the internal platform that enables domain teams across Félix to build, launch, and operate intelligent product conversations. You will lead our self-service Flow Platform, driving enablement from configuration and reusable primitives to testing, evaluation, and seamless human-handoff workflows with CX. Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Support, you will establish platform governance and turn recurring team needs into scalable, automated capabilities.
