As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping innovative logistics solutions powered by advanced AI models and integrations. You’ll drive the product vision, collaborating closely with engineering, design, solutions, and go-to-market teams to solve real-world operational challenges for large enterprises. Our platform operates in highly complex environments, handling orders, inventory, dispatch decisions, delivery updates, and exception management across customer fleets and third-party systems. As a Senior Product Manager, you will translate these workflow challenges into actionable product development, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value for enterprise customers. ## WHAT YOU’LL OWN - Define and execute product strategy for core logistics solutions, aligning with business objectives and customer needs. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and solutions teams to design, build, and launch features that integrate seamlessly with enterprise OMS, WMS, TMS, and POS systems. - Lead product discovery, gathering insights from customers, internal teams, and market research to identify new opportunities and refine existing features. - Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including scoping, prioritization, requirements definition, and hands-on validation of technical solutions. - Work directly with customers and solutions engineers to develop use cases, validate requirements, and ensure each release delivers real workflow improvements. - Build and refine product documentation, enablement materials, and value narratives to support sales, customer success, and go-to-market initiatives. - Drive analytics and reporting to measure success, understand customer adoption, and identify areas for continuous improvement. - Stay hands-on with the latest AI advancements, rapidly testing new models, agent capabilities, and feature prototypes with real-world customer use cases. - Serve as a key product evangelist, representing Nash’s vision with customers, partners, and at industry events. ## WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software. - Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in system integrations, APIs, and complex enterprise environments. - Proactive discovery and analytical skills—you ask the right questions, explore unarticulated pain points, and transform ambiguous needs into clear requirements. - Exposure to AI tools and models, with an understanding of how cutting-edge tech can drive value in operational workflows. - Experience working cross-functionally to lead collaborative product development with engineering, design, and technical sales or solutions teams. - Ability to draft clear requirements, user stories, and comprehensive use cases based on structured discovery and customer feedback. - Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences. - Ownership mindset—you thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and can drive initiatives from 0 to 1. Even better if you have: - Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or supply chain technology. - Experience shipping AI-native or agent-driven product features. - Hands-on data analysis or financial modeling skills to quantify product impact. - Flexible PTO and remote-first culture. More about Nash http://Nash.AI NASH IS THE PLATFORM THAT POWERS MODERN LOGISTICS. Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line. Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion. We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it. Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco. ## WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT US ✅ Early-stage, well-funded startup – directly impact the company and grow your career! ✅ Quarterly broader team on-sites to bond with teammates ✅ Competitive compensation and opportunity for equity ✅ Flexible paid time off ✅ Health, dental, and vision insurance for US employees ## About Nash ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Nash provides an autonomic logistics platform that unifies decisioning and execution across fleets, carriers, and fulfillment networks using self-optimizing AI agents. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series A backed) - **Headquarters**: San Francisco, California, United States - **Founded**: 2021 - **Founders**: Mahmoud Ghulman (Co-Founder & CEO), Aziz Alghunaim (Co-Founder & CTO) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage - **Target customers**: B2B – Enterprise retailers, grocers, healthcare providers, field services, 3PLs, and distribution companies - **Mission or purpose statement**: "Autonomic Logistics" – continuously planning, optimizing, and self-healing delivery operations to hit business objectives. ## Products & Services - **Nash Platform**: A unified logistics orchestration system that routes drops in real time, manages middle-mile transfers, and coordinates last-mile delivery across gig, 3PL, and own-fleet drivers. - **Nash Context Fabric**: A live model of reality that ingests data from orders, inventory, fleets, providers, customers, and returns to enable autonomic decisioning. - **Vertical Solutions**: Tailored modules for Healthcare (compliance-grade Rx, samples, cold-chain), Retail (same-day, BOPIS, returns), Grocery (cold-chain, batched routes), Field Services (skill-matched dispatch for technicians), Distribution (pallet-level routing, B2B windows), and Restaurants. - **API & Platform**: Embed Nash's decisioning into third-party products via a single API, enabling custom AI agents and bespoke workflows. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not disclosed (private company) - **Key Metric**: Total Funding – $27.9M across three rounds (Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A) - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Andreessen Horowitz (lead in Seed and Series A), Y Combinator, OpenAI; customers include Walmart, 7-Eleven, Woolworths, Loblaws, Alto Pharmacy. - **Growth Signals**: 67 employees (+48.9% YoY); operates in 15 countries; acquired Kosmo (March 2025); 18 active job postings (+200% YoY); 19,780 LinkedIn followers (+25.9% yearly). ## Competitive Advantages - **Autonomic AI agents**: Self-optimizing, self-healing, self-configuring, self-protecting – continuously adapts to real-time disruptions without human intervention. - **Single system of coordination**: Unifies routing, dispatch, fleet management, returns, and support on one platform, resolving the build-versus-buy dilemma. - **Real-time feedback loop**: Code runs against the physical world immediately, providing a tangible, high-impact engineering challenge. - **Enterprise traction**: Trusted by some of the world's largest retailers and grocers, with proven metrics (98.1% OTIF, 2,340 orders/sec, 87 carriers, 12,500 drivers). ## Strategic Focus - **Autonomic Intelligence**: Building the "Logistics Singularity" where the platform holds full context across systems and orchestrates the network toward business objectives continuously. - **Expanding verticals**: Deepening healthcare, grocery, and field service capabilities while entering new geographies (MENA, UK). - **Agentic commerce & autonomous delivery**: Integrating drones, robots, and autonomous vehicles into the orchestration layer. ## Why Work Here - **Impact**: Work shows up in the real world the same day – your code directly improves delivery performance for millions of orders. - **Remote-first**: "We hire great people and trust them to work from anywhere."
