## ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION

42dot Product Management 조직은 현대자동차그룹의 차량 인포테인먼트 플랫폼의 핵심인 IVI(In-Vehicle Infotainment)의 양산을 주도할 PM을 찾고 있습니다. 요구사항 정의, 개발, 검증, 릴리즈부터 실제 차량 적용까지 IVI 양산의 전 과정을 통합 관리합니다.

Pleos Connect PM은 OEM의 요구사항과 차량 개발 일정을 기반으로 기획, 디자인, 개발, QE, 플랫폼 등 다양한 Cross-functional 조직을 정렬하고, 현대자동차그룹의 차종 양산 프로세스에 맞춰 프로젝트 전 과정을 End-to-End로 리딩합니다. 또한 42dot HQ, 미국 Silicon Valley, Poland 등 글로벌 Product 및 Engineering 조직과 긴밀하게 협업하며, AAOS 기반 IVI에 대한 기술적 이해를 바탕으로 조직 간 Dependency와 Risk를 선제적으로 관리하고, 복잡한 기술 및 일정 이슈의 해결을 주도하여 프로젝트의 성공적인 양산을 이끕니다.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

- Project Scope & End-to-End Delivery
- 현대자동차그룹의 IVI 요구사항과 차종 개발 일정을 기반으로 Pleos Connect 프로젝트의 목표, Scope, 일정 및 주요 Milestone을 수립하고, 요구사항 정의부터 개발, 검증, Release, 차량 적용 및 양산까지 End-to-End로 관리합니다.
- 기획, 디자인, SW 개발, Platform, QE 등 다양한 Cross-functional 조직을 프로젝트 목표에 맞춰 정렬하고, 개발·검증·차량 적용 현황을 통합 관리합니다.
- 요구사항 및 Scope 변경에 따른 영향도와 우선순위를 분석하고, 주요 제약사항을 반영하여 프로젝트 계획과 실행 방향을 조정합니다.
- 현대자동차그룹의 차량 개발 일정과 IVI 개발 일정을 통합 관리하고, Release 및 차량 적용 Readiness를 기반으로 주요 Milestone과 양산 일정을 주도적으로 관리합니다.
- SW 및 Platform Release, 사양 변경, 형상 및 Version을 관리하여 차량 적용에 필요한 제품이 일정과 품질 기준에 맞춰 준비될 수 있도록 합니다.

- OEM & Stakeholder Alignment
- 현대자동차그룹의 IVI 요구사항, 적용 Scope, 차량 개발 일정 및 주요 기술 이슈를 협의하고, 프로젝트의 목표와 실행 방향을 정렬합니다.
- OEM 일정과 Pleos Connect의 개발·검증·Release 계획을 정렬하고, 주요 요구사항 및 일정 변경에 따른 영향도를 관리합니다.
- 국내외 Product 및 Engineering 조직과 Priority, Scope, 일정 및 주요 의사결정 사항을 정렬하고, 이해관계자 간 합의와 의사결정을 리딩합니다.
- 일정, Scope, 품질 등 주요 제약조건 간 Conflict 발생 시 대안을 구조화하고, 관련 조직과의 합의를 통해 최적의 실행 방안을 도출합니다.
- Dependency, Risk & Issue Management
- Cross-functional 조직 및 기능 간 Dependency와 선후행 관계를 식별하고, 프로젝트 일정과 실행 계획에 맞춰 조율합니다.
- 프로젝트 전반의 기술적·일정적·품질적 Risk를 선제적으로 식별하고, 우선순위에 따른 Mitigation Plan을 수립 및 실행 관리합니다.
- 주요 Blocker와 Open Issue의 영향도를 분석하고, 필요한 경우 Recovery Plan을 수립하여 해결 및 Closure까지 관리합니다.
- Owner가 불명확하거나 복수 조직이 연관된 Issue에 대해 책임 주체와 Action Plan을 명확히 정의하고 해결을 주도합니다.
- 차량 통합 및 검증 과정에서 발생하는 복잡한 SW Issue를 1차 Triage하고, 영향도와 우선순위를 판단하여 관련 조직의 해결을 리딩합니다.
- 양산 차종의 성능 및 품질 이슈, 고객 요구사항 및 주요 이벤트에 대응하고, Product 및 Engineering 조직과 함께 지속적인 개선을 추진합니다.
- Global Collaboration
- 42dot HQ, 미국 Silicon Valley, Poland 등 글로벌 Product 및 Engineering 조직과 긴밀하게 협업하며, 기술·일정·조직 간 복잡한 이슈를 조율하고 프로젝트의 성공적인 차량 적용 및 양산을 이끕니다.

## QUALIFICATIONS

- IVI, Connected Car, Infotainment Platform의 양산 프로젝트 경험이 있으신 분
- 현대자동차그룹 또는 글로벌 OEM의 차종 개발 및 양산 프로세스에 대한 이해와 프로젝트 수행 경험이 있으신 분
- Automotive, IVI, Embedded SW 또는 유관 분야에서 Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / SW Project Lead 등으로 5년 이상의 프로젝트 리딩 경험이 있으신 분
- 차량용 IVI 또는 대규모 Embedded SW 프로젝트에서 요구사항 정의부터 개발, 검증, Release, 차량 적용 및 양산까지 End-to-End로 프로젝트를 리딩한 경험이 있으신 분
- OEM과 직접 커뮤니케이션하며 요구사항, 적용 범위(Scope), 차량 개발 일정 및 주요 기술 이슈를 조율하고 프로젝트를 리딩한 경험이 있으신 분
- Product, Engineering, QE, Platform 등 다양한 Cross-functional 조직이 참여하는 프로젝트에서 일정, Scope, Dependency, Risk 및 Issue를 통합 관리한 경험이 있으신 분
- 차량 통합, 검증 또는 양산 과정에서 발생하는 복잡한 SW Issue의 영향도와 우선순위를 판단하고, 관련 조직과 해결을 주도한 경험이 있으신 분

- AAOS 기반 IVI 또는 차량용 SW Platform에 대한 기술적 이해를 보유하신 분

## PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
