As a Senior Product Manager at Via, you will lead a complex, scaled portfolio of products and features that impact our end users. You will be joining Via at a time of rapid growth, impacting tens of thousands of riders per day especially those from low-income communities. The role is one of thought leadership combined with a pragmatic eye towards building and shipping products that delight our partners. What You'll Do: - Define and execute the overarching product strategy for the next-generation Rider and Driver platforms, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to expand reach across broader geographies, diverse user profiles, and multi-provider offerings. - Develop scalable functionality that accommodates complex service deployments with diverse policies surrounding mobility, payments, and user communication. - Convert user research and operational insights into clear product specifications by pinpointing core problems, formulating hypotheses, and defining success criteria. - Analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to align stakeholders and refine product development cycles. - Establish a rigorous, data-informed prioritization framework, evaluating the ROI of feature requests to effectively guide scoping decisions and roadmapping. - Serve as the central liaison across cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business, engaging in detailed, day-to-day execution.
