Our mission is to empower AI teams with scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions that support seamless model training, deployment, and scaling. Join a team operating some of the world’s most advanced high-performance computing infrastructure. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will support cutting-edge GPU and CPU platforms — including the latest NVIDIA architectures — powering dense, large-scale compute environments used for AI, machine learning, and next-generation workloads. This is an opportunity to build expertise at the forefront of modern infrastructure, where reliability, scale, and performance matter every day. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers across a globally distributed organisation that values openness, inclusion, technical excellence, and continuous learning. We move quickly, solve meaningful challenges, and give people the space to make an impact. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with advanced technology, and want to help shape the future of high-performance compute, you’ll find both challenge and opportunity here. Job Summary: As a Senior/Principal Product Manager – Storage & Networking, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the storage and networking capabilities underpinning Radiant’s GPU platform. You’ll work across bare-metal GPU clusters, Kubernetes, high-performance storage, data-centre networking, infrastructure inventory, automation, and observability, partnering closely with engineering, SRE, infrastructure, networking, and operations. This is a highly technical product role focused on ensuring GPU workloads have reliable, high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure at scale. Key Responsibilities: - Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for storage and networking capabilities across the GPU platform. - Define and prioritise storage capabilities based on customer, workload, performance, scale, and operational needs. - Define and prioritise networking capabilities across the platform, from data centre infrastructure through to customer and workload connectivity. - Partner with engineering to turn requirements into scalable, reliable platform services. - Drive improvements in automation, self-service, observability, and operational efficiency. - Define success metrics and use them to guide performance, reliability, capacity, and investment decisions. Qualifications: - Experience owning technical infrastructure, platform, storage, networking, or cloud products end-to-end. - Experience working in data centre, bare-metal, cloud, HPC, AI infrastructure, or similar environments. - Good understanding of modern storage technologies and architectures, and familiarity with file, object and block storage, WEKA, VAST, DDN, or similar. - Good understanding of modern data centre and high-performance networking technologies, with familiarity with technologies such as Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, and modern switching platforms. - Familiarity with how storage and networking integrate with Kubernetes, bare-metal infrastructure, and large-scale compute platforms. - Comfortable working closely with specialist engineers and making informed product and technical trade-offs. - Strong prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Comfortable taking ambiguous infrastructure problems from discovery through to delivery. What you bring: - Systems thinking: Understand how compute, storage, networking, and platform services fit together. - Product thinking: Turn infrastructure capabilities into clear, scalable services for customers and internal teams. - Technical fluency: Work credibly with engineering without needing to be the domain expert. - Prioritisation: Balance customer needs, performance, reliability, cost, and complexity. - Ownership: Drive problems from discovery through delivery and adoption. Our values: - Set the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up - Inspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future. You’ll embrace challenges and change - You’re real and you’re true to yourself: We cherish and celebrate diversity so you’ll feel right at home whoever you are and whoever you’re talking to, you treat everyone the same. Why should you join us? What sets us apart is our blend of modern technology, competitive benefits, and an open, welcoming work culture that enables our people to thrive. Here are just some of the great things you can expect from us: - 25 days of annual leave - A culture that emphasises results over hierarchy, process & ego: we place great emphasis on the quality, ingenuity and creativity of work. - Open communication, regular feedback: we value smooth collaboration, direct and actionable feedback, and believe that leading with empathy and a growth mindset makes us better together. - Learning Time: we all have dedicated learning time to focus on new skills, projects or interests that lay outside of your day-to-day job. - Health & Wellbeing: we want everyone to feel healthy and happy, so we offer private medical insurance via Bupa. - Cycle to Work Scheme: we're committed to building a sustainable business, so we encourage cycling to work. - Gympass subscription to a variety of gyms and wellbeing apps - Participation in the company shares program - Enhanced parental pay & leave ## About Radiant ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Radiant is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that builds and operates AI factories combining utility-scale powered land, long-term capital, and a proprietary software platform. - **Entity Type**: Private (portfolio company of Brookfield’s AI Infrastructure Fund) - **Headquarters**: London, United Kingdom - **Founded**: 2026 (formed via merger of Brookfield’s Radiant entity with Ori Industries) - **Founders**: Mahdi Yahya (Founder & former CEO of Ori, now President of Radiant) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: AI Infrastructure / Cloud Computing / Data Centers - **Target customers**: Sovereign governments, large enterprises, telecommunications providers (B2B, Enterprise, Sovereign) - **Mission or purpose statement**: “Building the utility model for AI compute — ubiquitous, always on and offering superior economics.
