In 2018, Bitvavo launched the first version of its digital assets trading platform, to bridge the gap between traditional currencies and digital assets. ## About the Opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market and engagement for our most active, most sophisticated traders on our retail products, like web3, high leverage and RFQ. You understand this consumer and their lifecycle in and out, from acquisition campaigns that grow market share to the always on work that deepens engagement with what we have already shipped. This role calls for someone who has spent real product marketing time in trading, fintech or crypto. You know that when the product is money, trust is the product, and for this audience trust means speaking their language.

## What You'll be Doing

- Define & Lead go to market strategy for new and advanced trading instruments and features, prioritising by customer and business impact and setting the scope and channels of support for each release
- Drive trading volume and engagement among our most active traders, partnering with CRM, Product and Brand on lifecycle, win-back and loyalty campaigns built for frequent, sophisticated users, not casual ones
- Plan, build and ship multi channel campaigns end to end, staying hands on through every stage of production
- Run engagement programs built for traders who already know the mechanics, tracking the return each program drives
- Track competitor derivatives, margin and pro-trading offers, and shape our competitive positioning and USPs for the advanced-trader audience
- Educate your product & marketing peers on how advanced traders think, and how we should speak to them. Brief creatives, and align Legal, CRM, Brand, Performance, Affiliates and Social around one consistent story for this segment

## What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product marketing, go to market execution or product management within trading, investing, derivatives or consumer fintech, with a track record of shipping go to market strategies that drive conversion and retention in a regulated product
- Deep understanding of trading instruments and financial markets, and how to sell them credibly to a sophisticated, regulation-aware audience
- A real self starter. You spot the next feature, cross-sell or market moment for power traders before anyone briefs you on it
- Analytical, defining success metrics and using data and experiments to shape campaign and product decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, able to align a cross functional team around one story

Desirable

- Experience in a regulated, multi market financial services environment
- Genuine interest in crypto, with a view on where the space is headed relative to traditional finance
- Strong insight into unmet customer needs in trading, staking and other digital asset products
- Experience running structured A/B tests to validate campaign and product decisions before scaling
- Experience with marketing, CRM and content management systems such as Contentful, Hygraph, Braze, Amplitude or ABSmartly
