If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career. ## What You Will Do Contract Drafting and Negotiation - Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including media buying agreements, services agreements, inter-company agreements, NDAs and others as requested. - Ensure contracts align with company policies and industry standards. Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management - Manage and resolve legal disputes, including client claims, vendor disputes and employment-related matters. - Liaise with external counsel when necessary and follow up on specific advisory matters. - Hold weekly calls and updates with external collections agencies to keep Legal and Finance closely aligned. - Keep the litigation tracker sheets regularly updated and followed up. Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial - Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, regulatory filings and company secretarial duties. - Keep all company ledgers and licences up to date. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across jurisdictions in MENAT. Risk Management and Advisory - Identify legal risks linked to business operations and propose proactive solutions. - Advise internal stakeholders on legal issues affecting business operations and strategic initiatives.
