## Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Program Management Specialist of Cross-Border Business to bring the best experiences to our customers and drive growth in cross-border sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize operations and maximize revenue opportunities with your strong cross-functional communication and analytical skills.

What will you do?

- Implement comprehensive cross-border business strategies to expand the company’s presence in Taiwan market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, overseas vendors, product, and operations to ensure alignment and execution of cross-border initiatives.
- Support cross-functional projects to dive into pain points, improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunity of new selections and marketing initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in program management or business operations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
- Passionate about global market trends, cross-border merchandise selection, and consumer insights
- Ability to deep dive into complex issues, demonstrate attention to detail, and solve customer service issues efficiently
- Proven track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and driving business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and strong capability in Excel with the ability to interpret data and identify trends for making data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and cultures.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Prior experience using SQL is a plus
