## About the Team & Mission

42dot은 Software Defined Vehicle(SDV) 시대를 선도하기 위해 차세대 차량 소프트웨어를 개발하고 있습니다. Functional Safety Program Manager는 자동차 기능안전 국제표준인 ISO 26262를 기반으로 차량 시스템 및 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트의 기능안전 활동을 총괄하고, 제품 개발 전 과정에서 기능안전 요구사항이 체계적으로 반영되고 충족될 수 있도록 관리하는 역할을 수행합니다. 개발, 검증, 품질 및 유관 조직과 긴밀하게 협력하여 기능안전 계획 수립부터 위험 분석, 안전 요구사항 관리, 검증 및 평가 대응까지 기능안전 라이프사이클 전반을 리딩합니다. 이를 통해 복잡한 차량 소프트웨어 및 시스템 환경에서 안전성과 신뢰성을 확보하고, 체계적인 기능안전 개발 프로세스를 구축하고 고도화하는 데 기여합니다.

## Responsibilities

- 프로젝트의 기능안전 계획을 수립하고 실행을 관리합니다.
- ISO 26262와 고객 요구사항을 바탕으로 Safety Plan을 수립하고, 개발 단계별 안전 활동·담당자·일정·완료 기준을 정의합니다. 주요 마일스톤의 안전 준비도를 점검하고 지연 및 미충족 사항을 관리합니다.
- 안전 산출물의 개발과 검토를 조율합니다.
- 안전 목표, 기능·기술 안전 요구사항, SW 안전 요구사항 및 검증 결과 등 프로젝트 범위에 해당하는 산출물의 작성·검토·승인 일정을 관리합니다.
- 안전 분석과 검증 활동의 연계를 관리합니다.
- SW·검증 조직과 협업해 FMEA, DFA 등 필요한 분석 활동을 계획하고, 도출된 조치가 설계와 검증에 반영되도록 추적합니다.
- 안전 요구사항의 추적성과 변경 영향을 관리합니다.
- 안전 목표부터 요구사항·설계·검증 결과까지 추적성 확보 상태를 점검합니다. 안전 관련 변경과 이상 현상의 영향 평가, 조치 및 종결을 관련 담당자와 관리합니다.
- 기능안전 검토·감사·평가 대응을 주도합니다.
- 확인 검토(Confirmation Review), 기능안전 감사 및 평가의 일정과 증빙을 관리합니다. 요구되는 독립성을 충족하도록 검토·평가 체계를 조율하고, 지적 사항의 해소와 Safety Case 준비를 관리합니다.
- 고객·협력사와 기능안전 책임 및 인터페이스를 관리합니다.
- 개발 인터페이스 합의서(DIA)를 통해 역할, 안전 활동, 산출물 및 인수 기준을 명확히 합니다. 안전 관련 미해결 사항과 릴리즈 판단에 필요한 정보를 프로젝트 의사결정권자에게 보고합니다.

## Qualifications

- 자동차 전장·ADAS·자율주행 분야에서 기능안전 개발 또는 관리 관련 경력 10년 이상
- ISO 26262 안전 생명주기와 안전 목표·요구사항·분석·검증 활동 간 관계에 대한 이해
- 실제 개발 프로젝트에서 Safety Plan 수립 또는 기능안전 활동·산출물의 일정과 완료 상태를 관리한 경험
- 안전 요구사항의 추적성, 변경 영향 또는 안전 관련 미해결 이슈를 관리한 경험
- 개발·검증 조직 및 고객·협력사와 기능안전 기술 이슈와 대응 계획을 조율한 경험

## Preferred Qualifications

- 양산 프로젝트에서 기능안전 관리자 또는 프로젝트 안전 책임자로 활동한 경험
- 기능안전 감사·평가 대응, Safety Case 구성 또는 안전 관점의 릴리즈 준비도 검토 경험
- FMEA, DFA 등 안전 분석을 직접 수행하거나 검토한 경험
- OEM·협력사 간 DIA 수립 및 분산 개발 프로젝트의 안전 활동 관리 경험
- ISO 21448(SOTIF) 적용 경험 또는 ADAS·자율주행 시스템의 안전 확보 활동 경험
- ISO 26262 관련 전문 자격, Automotive SPICE 기반 개발 경험 또는 ALM(Codebeamer) 활용 경험
