In this role, you will lead all aspects of scheduling and schedule control for a large construction project. The project schedule will be highly detailed and will likely be cost- and resource-loaded. This is an on-site position. We are seeking candidates who are local to the Indianapolis, Indiana area. ## Responsibilities - Lead the development, maintenance, and status updates of project schedules using Primavera P6. - Track progress against baseline schedules, identify critical paths, and analyze variances, delays, and impacts. - Conduct what-if analysis, time impact studies, and recovery plan evaluations. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction professionals to gather schedule data and status updates. - Perform routine site walks to validate project progress and ensure schedule accuracy. - Develop and present schedule status reports and dashboards. - Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required. - Minimum 7 years of related scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6. - Experience on large construction projects is strongly preferred. - PMP or PSP certifications a plus. - Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. - An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered in lieu of stated minimum qualifications. Additional Requirements Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
