Lead the way with strategic vision and impact As a Senior Project Manager specializing in civil engineering and land development, you will oversee large-scale site design projects from conception to completion throughout the Charlotte, NC area. Bohler’s Charlotte, NC office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex land development projects, commercial, residential, and industrial, across the region. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of development, from feasibility and design to permitting and construction support, driving results that exceed client expectations and foster long-term growth.

## What You’ll Do

- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution for large-scale land development projects
- Manage financial outcomes, including budgets, contracts, and profitability

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
