Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?As a Senior Project Manager at Massive Rocket, you'll lead the delivery of complex, high-value client engagements across multiple workstreams. You'll be the senior delivery lead for your accounts, responsible for client satisfaction, commercial performance, delivery quality, and team development. You'll translate client objectives into structured, measurable programmes, establish strong governance, and bring clarity across teams, dependencies, risks, timelines, and budgets. Working with senior client stakeholders and globally distributed delivery teams, you'll ensure programmes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. This role combines senior client leadership, programme delivery, commercial ownership, and people development, making it ideal for an experienced Project Manager ready to take greater ownership of complex client engagements.

What will you do? Own delivery across complex, multi-workstream client engagements, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, quality, and overall programme health Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment to business objectives Establish governance frameworks, delivery cadences, RAID management, and reporting to keep programmes predictable and on track Own account P&L, including budget forecasting, margin management, revenue recognition, and change requests Lead and coordinate globally distributed delivery teams, setting clear expectations and driving accountability across workstreams Coach and develop Project Managers and junior team members, helping raise delivery standards across the wider team Lead delivery input into RFPs, proposals, and pitches while identifying opportunities to support account growth Use AI tools, dashboards, and project data to improve reporting, delivery efficiency, and decision-making Continuously improve Massive Rocket's delivery processes, tools, governance, and ways of working What Makes You a Great Fit
