eine Mission & Herausforderungen Wir suchen dich als erfahrenen und hochmotivierten Senior Project Manager, der unser Team verstärkt. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Leitung und Umsetzung komplexer Projekte – von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Du arbeitest eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, darunter Engineering, Forschung und Produktentwicklung, und stellst sicher, dass Projekte termingerecht, im definierten Umfang und innerhalb des Budgets geliefert werden. - Du leitest die Planung, Umsetzung und Lieferung mehrerer Robotikprojekte und übernimmst die Steuerung aller Projektphasen, wobei du sicherstellst, dass die Projekte stets mit den Unternehmenszielen übereinstimmen.
- Du definierst gemeinsam mit dem Senior Management und relevanten Stakeholdern den Projektumfang, die Ziele und die erwarteten Ergebnisse.
- Du erstellst detaillierte Projektpläne, Zeitpläne und Ressourcenstrategien, um eine strukturierte und effiziente Durchführung sicherzustellen.
- Du erkennst Projektrisiken und -probleme frühzeitig, entwickelst proaktive Lösungen und stellst damit den kontinuierlichen Projektfortschritt sicher.
- Du kommunizierst den Projektstatus, den Fortschritt sowie mögliche Herausforderungen klar und transparent an alle Stakeholder.

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) in Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder einem verwandten technischen Bereich.
- Du bringst mindestens sieben Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit und kannst nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung komplexer technischer Projekte vorweisen.
- Du verfügst über einschlägige Erfahrung in der Robotik, Automatisierung oder einer verwandten High-Tech-Branche – ein großer Vorteil, insbesondere für das Verständnis der besonderen Herausforderungen bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Robotersystemen.
