Position Summary The Sr. Project Manager, Site PMO, leads cross-functional client‑facing and internal initiatives and influences how the site executes strategic and operational priorities. Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field required. - 5–10 years of project management experience with demonstrated success influencing and aligning cross‑functional teams within a matrixed organization. - 3–5 years of experience in the CDMO industry, including leadership of complex cGMP or technical transfer projects. - PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. - Experience managing strategic client relationships preferred.
