It offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where our employees can connect and network with a large community of tech professionals. ## THE ROLE We are looking for a problem solving and execution-focused Project Manager – Supply Chain & Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational performance and support Farfetch’s global growth. You will own complex, end-to-end projects that impact supply chain design, operational excellence  and partner performance always with a customer experience mindset. This role requires structured thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges at scale. ## WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead strategic and operational projects across Supply Chain & Operations, from problem definition through execution and impact measurement. - Analyse internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement across supply chain and operational workflows, including goods flow optimisation, partner and supplier performance, process scalability, and end-to-end operational efficiency. Apply a structured, problem-solving mindset to diagnose root causes, define actionable solutions, and drive continuous operational improvements through data-driven decision making. - Work directly with senior leadership on high-impact strategic cross-company initiatives.
