You bring 4+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. You will thrive in this role if you are: - A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo - A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing - Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data - Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role & Responsibilities: - Experise SIOCS (V23+) Functional Testing: Conduct in-depth functional testing across all Oracle SIOCS modules, including but not limited to inventory - Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, mobile, cross-browser, and API tests. - Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and documentation. - Work closely with developers and product owners to understand requirements. - Validate releases across major browsers and mobile platforms. - Report testing progress, risks, and escalations in time. - Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior testers. Must Have To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: - Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required. - Strong understanding of software testing practices. - Deep understanding of Oracle SIOCS (V23+) functionalities and retail inventory operations. - Hands on experience on Oracle Xstore (V23+) - Cross-browser / cross-platform testing experience. - Mobile UI/functional testing. - API testing (Postman , SOAP UI or equivalent). - Agile methodology exposure. Good to Have - Jira–Zephyr / Xray experience. - SQL knowledge - Java knowledge. - Selenium automation skills. - Experience building/enhancing automation frameworks. Soft Skills - Good client-facing and communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to multitask and work independently.
