## Job description

FTMO Group hires across the whole company. From engineering, product or data to legal, finance, marketing and operations. From junior roles to leadership.

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to own the end to end wide scope, from intake to signed offer, including building your own pipelines, running the recruitment process and managing the stakeholders. We're looking for someone genuinely strong at finding & hiring the best talent. You'll work as an equal partner to hiring managers up to C-level, trusted to shape how each recruitment process runs.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Own full-cycle hiring across functions and levels - engineering, data and product as much as legal, finance, marketing, and support; from junior roles to leadership.
- Source and engage candidates directly - build your own pipelines (Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals) and write outreach tailored to the candidate.
- Run intake that holds and assess for real signal - turn a hiring request into a defined role (must-haves, realistic level, selling points), then run competency-based interviews and case tasks, with feedback a hiring manager can act on.
- Partner with hiring managers up to C-level at FTMO/OANDA - shape briefs that are realistic and attractive in the market, and collaborate with OANDA's Talent Acquisition team on shared searches and knowledge exchange.
- Own offers and closing - compensation conversations, competing offers, counter strategy, you name it. You’ll be the person that’ll make sure the offer gets accepted.
- Keep Ashby and our hiring process sharp - interview kits, scorecards and job descriptions included, and use the data to see what's working.
- Contribute to employer branding - job ads, career website content, and the parts of the candidate experience that make people say yes.
- Mentor other recruiters, and work comfortably in both Czech and English across local and cross-border hiring.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, with hires you owned end to end across more than one function and level.
- A proven track record in proactive sourcing, with concrete examples: what you searched for, through which channels, and who you hired.
- Experience hiring technical roles as well as picking up new fields quickly, and working directly with hiring managers up to executive level.
- Hands-on experience with a modern ATS used to run a recruitment process. Knowledge of Ashby is a big advantage.
- Experience in sourcing and outreach that convert. You find people who aren't looking, and write messages they answer.
- Mastery in interviewing, calibrated across levels. Conducting candidate screening interviews and providing a feedback that holds up, whether you're evaluating a junior or a leader.
- Tech and data literacy. Credible conversations about technical roles without pretending to be an engineer, and comfort reading your own funnel to sharpen your approach.
- Confidence advising. Comfortable with compensation conversations, competing offers, and discussing with a hiring manager what the market will and won't support.
- Full ownership. Nobody will chase your pipeline for you.
- Czech and English at advanced level, spoken and written.
- Discretion. Salary data, candidate information and internal plans stay where they belong.
