We’re doing that by building a connected and integrated quality management platform for the entire life science ecosystem. Qualio is trusted by over 600 highly regulated international customers, ranging from the bleeding edge of computational biology and machine learning to household names in mRNA vaccine development. The Qualio team is all-remote, and currently distributed across North America, Europe and Australia. What’s the opportunity? We are looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to help manage processes, systems, data, and AI-enabled workflows for the revenue functions of Qualio (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success). This is an individual contributor role where you will maintain the systems for the revenue functions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and ensure data integrity across systems. To be successful, you should have experience in the same or a similar role, deep experience with GTM processes and systems, and curiosity about how AI and automation can change how revenue teams work. You should also demonstrate leadership skills and be able to work with and influence others across the organization. Ultimately, you will help the GTM teams be more productive and keep all revenue functions in line with the company’s strategic goals. There is room to grow here. This role sits on the RevOps team and can develop toward GTM engineering as your skills in integrations, automation, and AI agents deepen. What will I be doing? - Manage and optimize the revenue technology stack, including Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Nooks, DealHub, and other tools, with clean object and field design, sound permissions, and documented integrations - Evaluate new tools against real workflow needs, own rollout and enablement, and retire tools and fields that are no longer useful - Build and maintain automations, integrations, and AI agents that remove manual work and surface deal context and account signals inside the tools the field already uses - Validate AI outputs against source systems before they reach the field or leadership, and document the guardrails so others can trust them - Assist Revenue leadership in building, documenting, and improving business processes, and encode them in the systems through validation rules, routing, and automation rather than tribal knowledge - Keep process documentation current and findable, and measure whether changes improved productivity, speed, or data quality - Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, fostering collaboration and alignment - Train and support GTM teams on RevOps processes, tools, and AI-enabled workflows, and share what works so adoption spreads - Create and manage GTM reports and dashboards, and support forecasting and performance analysis with consistent metric definitions - Establish and maintain top-tier standards for data integrity and accuracy, and flag data gaps rather than papering over them - Monitor daily operations and address issues as they arise What skills do I need? - 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations - Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models, with an understanding of recurring revenue dynamics - Salesforce administration experience and ideally a certified administrator - Experience with Gong, Omni, HubSpot and DealHub ideally - Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation platforms (such as Claude, Make, or Zapier) to streamline workflows, and the judgment to validate AI outputs against source data - Interest in growing toward GTM engineering, with a working knowledge of or appetite to learn APIs, integrations, and data models - Strong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into data - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills - Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders ## Benefits - Matching 401k - Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits - Dependent & Health FSA, Short/Long Term Disability, Basic & Voluntary Life Insurance - Flexible time off policy - Company allowance for home office supplies - Yearly professional development budget - 12 weeks paid parental leave - Opportunity to make a difference through helping life-saving products get to market A note to candidates: Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every single one of the qualifications as described in a job description. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive company and we are most interested in finding the BEST candidate for the job. That candidate may be one who comes from a less traditional background, and that’s okay. We would strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't believe you meet every one of the qualifications described. ## About Qualio ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Qualio provides an AI-powered quality and compliance platform for life sciences companies to accelerate product delivery and maintain audit readiness. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series B; total funding $66.2M) - **Headquarters**: San Francisco, California, United States - **Founded**: 2012 - **Founders**: Robert Fenton (Founder & CEO) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Life sciences quality & compliance software (serving medical devices, pharma, biotech, SaMD, CROs, cannabis) - **Target customers**: B2B – regulated life science companies of all sizes (SMB to Enterprise) - **Mission**: "We're building the compliance platform that is accelerating the delivery of life-saving products." ## Products & Services - **Qualio Platform** (SaaS): Unifies quality management (QMS), product lifecycle, and compliance intelligence in one integrated system. - **Compliance Intelligence** (AI feature): Automated gap analysis across FDA, ISO, EMA and 28 other standards; cross-mapped evidence; real-time risk alerts; board-ready dashboards. - **AI Agents**: Run gap analyses, monitor regulatory changes, and execute workflows to reduce audit prep time by up to 80%. - **Validation Services**: Pre-built templates and automated document packs accelerate go-live (1% of customers choose to validate themselves). ## Market Standing - **Valuation**: Not disclosed - **Key Metrics**: Annual revenue ~$10M; total funding $66.2M across 8 rounds - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Tiger Global Management (led Series B, $50M in 2021), MHS Capital, Frontline Ventures - **Growth Signals**: 700+ customers globally; headcount of 89 (up 2.6% YoY); rapid job posting growth (+600% YoY); expansion into 10 countries (US, Ireland, UK, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, etc.) ## Competitive Advantages - **AI-first compliance**: Proprietary AI agents for automated gap analysis and continuous regulatory monitoring - **Multi-standard evidence reuse**: Single platform mapping to FDA, ISO, EMA, and 28+ other standards – accelerates market entry - **Proven ROI**: 80% reduction in audit prep time, 5x ROI in 2 months, 60% lower consultant spend - **Validation speed**: Go live in 2 weeks faster than traditional eQMS; ISO 27001, 42001, 9001, and 27701 certified ## Strategic Focus - Further embedding AI into compliance workflows (regulatory intelligence, agentic compliance) - Expanding geographic reach and deepening life sciences verticals (biotech, pharma, SaMD) - Scaling the platform to maintain “constant audit readiness” as regulations evolve ## Why Work Here - **Remote-first / “Local Everywhere”**: Fully remote team with a global footprint; no requirement to relocate - **Culture & Values**: “Drive impact”, “Champion customers”, “Win together”, “Stay curious” - **Perks**: Home office or co-working space budget, annual continuous learning budget, company retreats and team gatherings - **Engineering culture**: Diverse, cross-functional teams; hiring for roles like Full Stack Engineer, Product Manager, Solutions Consultant - **Growth opportunities**: Rapidly scaling company with high job posting growth and a small, agile team where individuals can have outsized impact ## Sources - [qualio.com/company](https://www.qualio.com/company) - [qualio.com](https://www.qualio.com/) - [qualio.com/careers](https://www.qualio.com/careers) - [linkedin.com/company/qualiohq](https://www.linkedin.com/company/qualiohq) - [job-boards.greenhouse.io/qualio](https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/qualio) ## Other roles at Qualio - [Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote Ireland )](https://feeny.ai/job/senior-full-stack-engineer-remote-ireland-qualio-ireland-e6z69qp0468j) — Ireland - [Senior Accountant](https://feeny.ai/job/senior-accountant-qualio-united-states-vt4zn5w7nqbz) — United States - [Account Manager (East Coast)](https://feeny.ai/job/account-manager-east-coast-qualio-north-yg8j18vscmyz) — North, United States - [Senior Engineering Manager (Hands-on)](https://feeny.ai/job/senior-engineering-manager-hands-on-qualio-ireland-p1gk41g4v1yv) — Ireland - [Account Executive (Remote)](https://feeny.ai/job/account-executive-remote-qualio-north-swd89qk23j2m) — North, United States
