You will work both independently and with other developers to implement a range of new features, in close collaboration with our Product team. ## Your everyday work routine - Work both individually and in collaboration with other engineers on our Ruby on Rails projects, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and effective project management - Use AI as a key part of your daily development practice, and take an active role in developing our internal development tools. - Develop our customer-facing application, as well as internal management tools, with a clear focus on customer orientation and holistic thinking - Develop, test and deploy your code, with the support of your Team Lead, and in close collaboration with our Product, applying strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills. - We work iteratively and deploy often. ## Your Profile - You have several years of professional experience working in Ruby on Rails in backend or full-stack roles, and have already gained varied project experience, ideally with structured project ownership - You have experience and working with Agentic AI across the entire development life-cycle - You worked at least for 4 years at a senior level, and have an expert-level knowledge of the entire Rails ecosystem, paired with a solution-oriented mindset - You ideally have experience working in a start-up/scale-up, on a customer-facing application, and bring a pronounced user-centric approach - You are known for your clear and effective communication style, take ownership of your work, and are able to understand complex systems through end-to-end thinking ## What you can expect - You will be equipped with the latest MacBook of your liking - We respect your time and keep our meetings to a minimum, preferring async communication where possible - You work with an international team, with whom you can regularly exchange ideas in our Munich office or remote - Flat hierarchies and quick decisions - Mature approach to AI tooling across the company - Creative freedom and active participation in building our company - Exciting team events - Permanent employment with fixed salary - Flexible working hours - 28-30 days holiday per year Wir freuen uns über deine Bewerbung bei Lanes & Planes.
