For homeowners, our platform is a reliable way to find skilled pros. For pros, we're a reliable business partner who helps them find the winnable work they want, when they want. For employees, we're an amazing place to call home. We can't wait to welcome you. Angi at a glance: - Founded in 1995 as Angie’s List and rebranded in 2021 - Global company with 9 brands in 8 countries and employees worldwide - Homeowners have turned to us for 300 million home projects and counting ## About the Role The Senior Sales Enablement Strategist is a senior individual contributor who independently owns complex, high-impact enablement initiatives for Angi's sales organization. This is a strategic project ownership role for someone who brings deep sales knowledge, sharp analytical instincts, and the ability to design and deliver the right interventions — across whatever modalities and approaches best serve the goal of improving rep and manager performance. You will work from a clear hypothesis about what moves the needle, build the program, execute with rigor, and measure what actually changed. You approach this work with an AI-forward mindset — actively looking for how data, technology, and emerging tools can make the work sharper and the outcomes more durable. As part of the Operations Performance & Learning team, you will report directly to the Associate Director of Program Delivery and serve as a model for what strong enablement looks like — influencing the broader team through the quality of your work and the standard you set. What You’ll Do: Program Ownership & Execution - Independently scope and lead complex, multi-stakeholder enablement initiatives — managing ambiguity, driving alignment, and owning the work end-to-end from design through measurement. - Steward a portfolio of high-priority projects — such as manager coaching programs or tenured rep development tracks — with clear accountability for delivery quality and outcomes. - Manage stakeholder relationships proactively, communicating clearly on status, risks, and decisions without waiting to be asked. - Leverage AI tools and data throughout the initiative lifecycle — from surfacing performance insights that inform program design to measuring behavior change after delivery. Sales Enablement & Business Partnership - Bring a consultative, operating-partner mindset to the work — grounded in how sales organizations function and what it takes to shift selling behavior in a meaningful, lasting way. This role actively contributes to moving Angi's sales culture toward a true operating-partner model, and the credibility to do that comes from understanding strategic selling, not just the mechanics of training. - Build trusted relationships with sales managers and business stakeholders as a strategic partner — someone they seek out because the work you do makes them better. - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Learning Design, and Operations to keep programs grounded in real business priorities and designed to drive measurable behavior change. Performance Improvement & Delivery - Design and deliver programs where the format and approach serve the outcome — choosing the right intervention for the performance gap and holding that standard throughout, regardless of modality. - Facilitate with consistency and credibility across audience levels, from frontline reps to sales leadership. - Contribute to raising delivery standards across the team, sharing expertise and serving as an informal resource for complex or high-stakes programs. Data & Continuous Improvement - Design measurement into every initiative from the start — defining what success looks like before building, then using outcome data to evaluate impact and inform what comes next. - Independently review performance trends and identify where enablement can move the needle — bringing a point of view and a recommendation, not just an observation. - Stay ahead of what is next in sales enablement — surfacing new approaches, tools, and AI-driven capabilities that can improve how the team works and what it delivers. Who you are: - 5+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, training, or a closely related field — with a track record of independently owning initiatives and delivering results tied to business outcomes. - Strong working knowledge of strategic selling principles is strongly preferred — candidates without direct sales experience should be able to demonstrate deep fluency in consultative selling methodologies and how high-performing sales organizations operate. - Proven project management skills — you can scope, plan, execute, and measure complex work independently, without significant direction. - Comfortable with ambiguity — you identify problems, form a hypothesis, and build toward a solution without waiting to be told where to start. - Strong facilitation skills across modalities and audience levels, with the ability to lead and influence groups from frontline reps to senior leadership. - A data-driven approach — you design for measurement from the start and use outcome data to make decisions and communicate impact. - An AI-forward mindset — you actively seek out how emerging tools and technology can improve your work, and you bring that curiosity to the team. - Cross-functional credibility — you build trust quickly, communicate with clarity, and are seen as a partner by the business teams you support. - An ownership mentality — high autonomy, solutions-oriented, and holding yourself to a standard others can learn from. - A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. ## Compensation & Benefits - The salary band for this position ranges from $75,000 - $135,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location. - This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package. - Full medical, dental, vision package to fit your needs. - Flexible vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need it. - Pet discount plans & retirement plan with company match (401K). - The rare opportunity to work with sharp, motivated teammates solving some of the most unique challenges and changing the world We value diversity We know that the best ideas come from teams where diverse points of view uncover new solutions to hard problems. We welcome and value individuals who bring diverse life experiences, educational backgrounds, cultures, and work experiences. Our hiring process may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in candidate screening and assessment.
