Description du poste En tant que Senior Sales Executive, vous êtes responsable de l’acquisition de nouveaux clients et du développement commercial. Il s’agit d’un rôle très terrain, orienté exécution. Votre objectif est clair : signer de nouveaux clients, développer des relations solides et générer du volume.

Responsabilités principales

- Prospecter et signer de nouveaux clients B2B.
- Construire et gérer un pipeline commercial.
- Présenter la solution Luo et convertir les prospects.
- Négocier les conditions commerciales avec les clients.
- Développer les relations clients et augmenter les volumes.
- Remonter les retours du marché aux équipes internes.

Profil recherché

- Minimum 4 à 6 ans d’expérience en sales ou business development.
- Expérience en B2B, dans les services financiers, la fintech ou le FX.
- Très forte capacité de négociation et culture du résultat.
- À l’aise avec les sujets de pricing, marge et volume.
- Profil très opérationnel, autonome et orienté performance.
- Bonne connaissance du marché local.
- Basé à Douala ou Yaounde.
