Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party providers to implement high-quality platform enhancements, integrations, and automation while adhering to Salesforce development best practices, governance standards, and the Bank's strategic objectives. ## Key Responsibilities - Own the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements whilst maintaining platform stability, scalability, and performance. - Lead the development, enhancement, and support of Salesforce functionality using declarative and programmatic approaches, including Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components where required. - Deliver robust integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and internal or third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and integration best practices. - Establish and embed Salesforce development standards, coding practices, testing approaches, and release management processes. - Develop and maintain automated tests and deployment processes to ensure solution quality, reliability, and compliance with change management requirements. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and operational teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. - Review and optimise existing Salesforce and nCino configurations, identifying opportunities to improve automation, user experience, platform performance, and technical debt. - Monitor platform health, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive root-cause resolution of production incidents. - Partner with technology and security teams to ensure Salesforce solutions comply with regulatory, governance, data protection, and security requirements. - Mentor and support colleagues by sharing Salesforce expertise, promoting best practices, and contributing to a collaborative engineering culture.
