## ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION

Intelligence Service 팀은 이 AI Agent가 정확한 답변을 생성하도록 돕는 Search/Ranking Service를 구축합니다. 이 서비스는 사용자에게 직접 제공될 뿐만 아니라 AI Agent의 핵심 Retrieval 도구로 활용되며, 검색의 품질과 Latency는 전체 AI 답변의 질을 결정짓는 중요한 요소입니다.

본 포지션은 다음 두 트랙 중 하나 이상에서 강점을 가진 시니어 엔지니어를 모십니다.

- Search Service Engineer: 도메인별 검색 시스템의 인덱싱, Retrieval, API 아키텍처 설계
- Ranking / Modeling Engineer: 로그 기반 랭킹, 시맨틱 검색 및 추천 모델의 개발과 프로덕션 적용

한 영역에 깊은 전문성을 갖춘 분은 물론, 검색 백엔드와 랭킹 모델을 End-to-End로 연결할 수 있는 분도 환영합니다. 담당 업무는 지원자의 강점에 맞춰 함께 결정합니다.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

- Search/Ranking Service의 품질과 확장성을 개선하고, 팀 내 기술적 의사결정과 시스템 고도화를 주도합니다.
- Search Service Engineer
- 다양한 도메인(뉴스, 장소, 증권 등)의 검색 백엔드 시스템을 설계, 개발 및 운영합니다.
- OpenSearch, MongoDB Atlas 기반의 인덱싱/검색 구조를 설계하고 신규 확장에 대비한 아키텍처를 표준화합니다.
- AI Agent가 안정적으로 결과를 활용할 수 있도록 결과 스키마, 근거 메타데이터, API Contract 및 예외 처리 로직을 설계합니다.
- 캐시, 설정 레지스트리 등 안정적인 프로덕션 운영을 위한 인프라 기반을 구축합니다.
- Ranking / Modeling Engineer
- 사용자 및 AI 상호작용 로그를 분석하여 랭킹, Reranker, 시맨틱 검색 및 추천 로직을 개발합니다.
- Feature/Label 파이프라인부터 모델 서빙, 모니터링, 롤백에 이르는 모델의 전체 프로덕션 라이프사이클을 책임집니다.
- nDCG, MRR, CTR 등 주요 지표를 기반으로 온/오프라인 평가 및 A/B 실험을 주도하여 서비스를 지속 개선합니다.

## QUALIFICATIONS

(아래 두 역할 중 하나 이상에 해당하는 7년 이상의 유관 경력을 보유하신 분)

- Python, Java, Kotlin 중 하나 이상의 언어를 능숙하게 다루시는 분
- 대규모 트래픽(Production traffic)을 받는 API/백엔드 서비스 또는 모델 서빙 파이프라인을 설계하고 운영해 보신 분
- 로그와 품질 지표를 바탕으로 문제 원인을 분석하고, 시스템 구조화 및 운영 안정성 개선을 이끌어 보신 분
- Search Service Engineer
- 검색 API/백엔드 서비스 및 인덱싱/Retrieval 아키텍처 개발과 운영 경험이 있으신 분
