→ Votre mission

En tant que Senior Software & Data Engineer, votre rôle sera de concevoir, développer et industrialiser des solutions technologiques et data de pointe, au service de produits IA à fort impact. Vous interviendrez à la fois sur :

- le développement de solutions software sur mesure ou produit
- la conception et l’industrialisation d’architectures data scalables
- la mise en place de systèmes IA et MLOps en environnement cloud ou on-premise

Ces solutions s’inscrivent dans des projets clients exigeants, ainsi que dans le développement de nos produits et de notre stack interne.

→ Vos responsabilités

- Concevoir et développer des applications, APIs et architectures data robustes et scalables
- Industrialiser des pipelines de données (ingestion, transformation, streaming, batch) sur des volumes importants
- Participer à la conception de solutions IA / GenAI intégrées dans des produits clients
- Contribuer à la mise en place et à l’évolution de notre stack MLOps / Data Engineering
- Participer aux code reviews, challenger les implémentations et partager les bonnes pratiques
- Prendre part aux cérémonies agiles et sprint reviews en interaction directe avec les clients et équipes produit
- Encadrer et faire monter en compétences des profils juniors (selon séniorité)
- Contribuer à la R&D, aux projets internes transverses (OPS, sécurité, tooling, formation, innovation)
- Participer ponctuellement aux échanges techniques avec les équipes commerciales (avant-vente / cadrage)

Profil recherché

✅ Must have

- Expérience avec un langage de programmation (Python, Java, Kotlin, Scala, TypeScript…)
- Solide compréhension du développement logiciel et du fonctionnement du Web
- Maîtrise de SQL et des bases de données (SQL / NoSQL)
- Expérience avec frameworks backend et/ou frontend (Spring, NestJS, React, Angular, etc.)
- Expérience en conception et industrialisation de pipelines de données
- Connaissance des architectures data (data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse)
- Expérience avec Git et outils de CI/CD
- Expérience avec Docker

- Connaissance des architectures cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack…)
- Expérience MLOps (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow, BentoML, etc.)
- Expérience en orchestration / streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Airflow…)
