What you will bring: 7+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role where you can demonstrate a significant impact that your work has had on the product and/or the team. Hands-on experience with Golang. Experience with Cloud (preferably AWS). Solid understanding of the practical application of agile development methods in an Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery environment. Solid knowledge of Quality and Testing principles. Experience working in an AI-enabled engineering environment, using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT or similar) to improve productivity and software quality. Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI to software engineering, with an interest in building and integrating AI-powered solutions. Comfortable learning new technologies and systems. Desire to help and mentor others. Nice to have: Experience working with microservices. Experience working with AI tools/technologies.
